Hi. I have another wifi router and that is where I am doing my port forwarding. On the DMZ that you mentioned, will it be the IP address of my wifi router that is connected to PLDT wifi router? Thanks!

No, you got it wrong. Is the router connected to PLDT? and the device you're trying to forward is connected on the router? it is like, DVR > Router > PLDT? if yes, then you should disable the DHCP server of the router and port forward on PLDT.in that case, the router will get ip address on the pldt modem. You cant forward on a router if it is connected to another router. click
here on how to disable dhcp server.

This is frustrating me.
We switched to this router modem but I connected my D-link DIR-615 to it.

I tried setting the PLDT DHCP mode to "None", Clicked apply and Save. Went to admin and Commit Changes and Reboot.
It ends up my PLDT modem router to not respond.
I tried turning it off and on and its still the same. I can't even access the ip settings so I had to press the reset button behind it.
It fixed the not responding issue but still I can't port forward using the D-link cause of this stupid PLDT router..

You have to disable DHCP on D-Link router not on the PLDT modem.
